  Tuesday                  9am - 5pm
  Wednesday           9am - 6pm
  Friday                      9am - 5pm

HOURS - October 1st - June 30th:
  Tuesday                  10am - 5pm
  Wednesday           10am - 6pm
  Friday                      10am - 5pm
  Saturday                   9am-12pm

Books, audio books, historical artifacts, computer, copier and fax machine use, chrome books and DVD’s available.
Outside drop box for book returns available to the outside left of the building.
One library card allows you access to 65 libraries in the North Country.


Basketballs and Soccer Balls are available to sign out during business hours.

NORTH COUNTRY LIBRARY SYSTEM OUTREACH SERVICE
The North Country Library System’s Outreach Department provides books by mail, at no cost, to eligible patrons residing in Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties. NCLS will send materials directly by mail, FREE of charge to eligible patrons who need specialized materials, or who are unable to visit their local public library.
A wide variety of materials are available. Patrons may select large print books, audiobooks (CD) and DVDs from the Outreach Newsletter and the NCLS online catalog.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for Outreach Services, you must be at least one of the following:
  - Over the age of 62
  - Physically disabled
  - Hearing impaired
  - Visually impaired
  - Resident of an institution or homebound
  - Institutions and agencies that provide services to individuals in eligible categories also qualify for Home Delivery Service.
